Ilana's Story

9 years ago, I could not stand to look at myself in the mirror as I felt disgusted with the girl, I saw looking back at me. She was not who I wanted to be. I did not want to be tired all day and be eating to feed my emotions. I had no life left in me to spend quality time with my husband or enjoy work. I knew I wanted more, but I didn’t know where to start.

My journey to wellness began when I was invited to join one of my friend’s group exercise sessions and breakfast club. I was motivated to start making small changes daily and welcomed Herbalife into my life. The products, challenges, accountability, and community has kept me going throughout lockdown, and now back into my busy life.

Today, I am proud to see the girl in the mirror, and how far she has come – I am slowly becoming the woman I know I was meant to be. I feel like I have my life back, which I cannot wait to spend with my husband. I am so glad my friend gave me a place to start because now I don’t feed my emotions, I feed my joys, and get to share the journey with so many others who are trying to be their best version of themselves too.

Vuyiseka's Story

I am a 38 year old mother of a handsome 8-year-old, autistic boy.

I have a background in Analytical Chemistry. I worked for a pharmaceutical laboratory for 16 years, and before I found Herbalife, I was stressed, lacked energy, worked long hours, and had limited time with my son.

I started using Herbalife products and my results were amazing – I managed to control my weight, my skin was glowing, and I have been able to kick start my day every day!

Everyone around me saw the transformation and wanted to know what I was doing.
